"This is precisely the kind of challenge I faced during my time in Boston. The team hadn't made the playoffs for several years. I remember Patrice Bergeron had a -28 rating. Zdeno Chara was at -21. I think even Savard, with 96 points, was around a -17. My challenge was to bring the team together to play in a way that would bring us success.
