Connor McDavid explains his ridiculous Ketchup phobia

However, one thing that we did learn about in the NHL's new Amazon Prime show is that McDavid has a deep phobia of Ketchup. Yes, the condiment that you put on burgers, hot dogs, and perhaps even use as a side with your fries. While some may have different taste buds and simply do not enjoy Ketchup, McDavid completely takes things a step further by being downright afraid of it.

This was something that piqued people's curiosity, and it is easy to see how come. Having said that, PK Subban decided to press McDavid on this last night. As you can see, McDavid offered his explanation, noting that it was an issue for him and his brother growing up.

Subban then went on to ask McDavid what his cheat meal is. McDavid didn't have a specific meal in mind although he did admit that he has a sweet tooth and likes to much on things like licorice whenever it is around. As far as vices go, this one is actually pretty tame.

Either way, McDavid will now be looking to focus up on the NHL season. The Oilers just got their first win of the season on Tuesday night, and fans want to see more from them, going forward. Only time will tell whether or not they can really get things together.
