Patrick Kane's Decision Narrows Down To Only Two Teams
It's been a few weeks since the rumors about Patrick Kane started swirling around the NHL, and now a bunch of teams are in the mix for him. He's been itching to get back in the game after getting his hip fixed up, especially after a rough playoff run with the Rangers.
A few teams have been in talks, like the Maple Leafs, Red Wings, and Sabres, but it looks like it's down to just two: the Sabres and the Red Wings.
The Red Wings, led by their former captain Steve Yzerman, seem like they've got some potential. They've been making moves to amp up their roster and get back into the playoff scene. Kane could really boost their offense, especially on the power play.
On the flip side, the Sabres have a hometown angle for Kane, being from Buffalo. Lately, we've seen a lot of NHL players going back to their roots. The Sabres have had a tough time for a while now, but they seem dead set on turning things around. Bringing in a guy like Kane, with three Stanley Cups under his belt, could be a game-changer for them.
As the NHL season rolls past the first 10 games, fans are eagerly waiting to see where Kane lands. You can bet he'll be raking in some big bucks, even if it's just for one season.
