This evening, former Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Chris Pronger has called out his former teammate and now Flyers GM Danny Briere.

The Philadelphia Flyers find themselves 8 points out of a Stanley Cup Playoff spot and in constant turmoil with head coach Rick Tocchet clashing with players.
The Flyers if they miss the playoffs for the sixth season in a row and continue to rebuild despite GM Danny Briere’s assurances that things would get better.
This season has been particularly frustrating due to Rick Tocchet’s mismanagement of young star players including Matvei Michkov.
Michkov has been benched on multiple occasions and recently head coach Rick Tocchet called him out for coming to training camp out of shape.
Still, fans believe playing young players like Michkov regardless of fitness is the key to turning the franchise around.

During a recent appearance on Spittin Chiclets, Pronger spoke about his former team and was disappointed by constant poor results in the standings.
Pronger believes the organization has tried to fast track rebuilds far too often in the past leading to a culture of losing that is difficult to shake.
Philly fans are highly passionate you found that out Biz. Since 2012 they had a few good years & then they have been in what they call a “rebuild” for 12 years. They’re frustrated bc they haven’t done the rebuild properly, they keep trying to fast track it.
The Flyers are once again on track for a middling season too good for a top draft pick but not good enough to secure a playoff spot.
It remains to be seen whether or not Danny Briere will make moves to turn the season around or commit to a rebuild.
Either way, Briere’s plans at this trade deadline could have a major impact on his future and the future of the Flyers as a whole.
