Sidney Crosby makes incredible gesture after signing his new contract: fans left speechless

There was a bit of worry that a deal would not get done, in the end. However, Crosby and the Penguins worked diligently to make it all happen. It was a huge day for the franchise as now, it seems like Crosby is likely to retire with the team. Although if he plays until his 40s, we could ultimately see him with another squad. But who really knows at this point?

In the aftermath of his signing, Crosby went out into the streets of Pittsburgh where he hand-delivered season tickets to fans. This has always been a Penguins tradition, and with Crosby signing his new deal, it made perfect sense to have him meet the people.

In the video above, the family who met Crosby appeared to be a bit stunned by his presence. While they likely knew he was coming, they were still quite speechless throughout the entire meeting. Either way, it was very wholesome and it just goes to show that Crosby has a whole lot of love for his Penguins. You can't help but love the guy.
