Line brawl breaks out during University Hockey Game
Tempers boiled over during an exhibition hockey game this weekend. The game was played between Korea University and Waseda University on Saturday in Seoul and saw multiple penalties handed out.
The game was had already been a feisty affair, things were tied at 2 late in the third period, when Lee Yoon-seok of Korea University scored to give his club the 3-2 lead with just minutes to spare.
With 3 seconds left in the final period, a line brawl broke out between the two teams. The majority of the scrum was just pushing and shoving, with a few players throwing punches, before cooler heads prevailed.
According to Hockey Worldwide on Instagram, the two sides are set to meet once again on Sunday for a rematch, in what could be a must-see game.
