Head Coaches Lavioette & Greene Join The Chaos As They Go At It
The New York Rangers and New Jersey Devils wasted no time getting down to business in tonight's game at Madison Square Garden.
Right from the opening puck drop, both teams engaged in a chaotic brawl, with all five skaters from each side dropping the gloves within seconds. This unprecedented event led to eight ejections before the game was even five seconds old.
Adding to the drama, head coaches Peter Laviolette and Travis Greene got into a heated shouting match from their respective benches during the brawl, creating an intense atmosphere in the arena. Even analyst Darren Pang had a ringside view of the chaos.
This isn't the first time Laviolette has been involved in such incidents. Fans may recall a similar altercation back in 2012, when he famously exchanged words with then-Penguins coach Dan Bylsma before a playoff series between the Philadelphia Flyers and Pittsburgh Penguins.
