Training camps around the league are reaching the midway point with the NHL season opening in less than two weeks. Teams are starting their training camp cuts.

The Arizona Coyotes have released Ryan Dzingel, Patrick Harper, Austin Strand and Olli Juolevi from their professional tryouts.
31 year old, Dzingel played 26 games for the Coyotes during the 2020-21 season scoring 4 goals and 7 points in 26 games. Last season he only played 6 games in the NHL with the San Jose Sharks. Dzingel spent the majority of his season in the AHL with the Chicago Wolves.
Dzingel appears to be signing in the KHL on a one-year contract.

This could be the final straw for Olli Juolevi' NHL career. The former 5th overall pick from 2016 had shown so much promise in the OHL but has failed to replicate this form in the professional leagues. Over the course of of his career, Juolevi has only played in 41 NHL games scoring just 2 goals and 1 assist.
