Sunday continued to be a busy day on the waiver wire. Saturday saw a total of 25 players being placed on waivers by their respective teams. The full list included a couple of former first round picks in Nicolas Beaudin and Lassi Thomson.
Today it was announced Lassi Thomson, the former Ottawa Senators first round pick had been claimed by the Anaheim Ducks according to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman.

The waiver priority order is based off of last season's standings in reverse. The Anaheim Ducks will have the first crack at placing a claim on any of the players above, followed by the Columbus Blue Jackets and Chicago Blackhawks.
If any of the players above go unclaimed on Monday afternoon, they'll be assigned to their respective teams American Hockey League affiliate.
