Under 18 tournament game ends in wild brawl including one player fighting invisible opponent
Anyone who has played hockey knows it is an emotional game. Sometimes even after the final horn a player's temper can get the best of them. That's what occurred yesterday at the Bangkok U18 Invitational tournament.
After Team Thailand handed Team Hong Kong a 3-0 loss, something happened in the post game handshake line, which set things off. Multiple players from both teams quickly became involved in the fight.
While no one was injured, cameras captured this moment when #24 was forced to drop the gloves with an invisible opponent.
While we love the fighting in hockey it's disappointing to see the lack of sportsmanship during this exchange.
