The NHL draft lottery is an important date for all teams that are in the running for the first overall pick. Many fans and general managers await to find out their fate to where they will land on the draft board. Earlier this evening, ESPN's John Buccigross had a few gaffes which sent the Internet on fire.

Firstly, Buccigross posted a photo of the NHL lottery draft board which showed the San Jose Sharks at first overall in the new Utah franchise second overall. This created a public firestorm to which many fans were screaming the words fixed and rigged. It was stated that this was a rehearsal which turned out to be true as the final draft board looked nothing like the photo.

The awkwardness continued as 17-year-old Macklin Celebrini who is pegged to go first overall in this year's draft was in an interview with Buccigross which led to a very awkward moment. During the interview, Buccigross asked Celebrini whether he was using Zillow every night to which Celebrini asked what is Zillow?

The 17-year-old is ranked number one across the entire board and had a fantastic year with Boston University of the NCAA. Through 38 games, he had 32 goals with 32 assists for 64 points it was a + 25.

The San Jose Sharks are during a full rebuild and are looking for any signs of hope as they continue to sift through their team to try to find a way to become relevant again. Bringing Celebrini into the mix will certainly help their situation and potentially attract other players to Northern California.
