During the Lightning-Penguins matchup, a terrifying incident unfolded, leading to concerns about the health of NHL official Steve Kozari. Following a collision with Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Haydn Fleury, Kozari was stretchered off the ice and rushed to UPMC Mercy Hospital.
