The Tampa Bay Lightning have completed another trade on Saturday, which is the second day of the NHL Entry Draft.

NHL Deputy Commissioner Bill Daly announced on Saturday that the Tampa Bay Lightning have traded forward Tanner Jeannot to the Los Angeles Kings in exchange for a 2025 second round pick and pick number 118 in this year's draft.
"The Lightning have traded Tanner Jeannot to the Kings for a second-round pick in 2025 and the 118th pick this year

Tampa is making lots of moves 👀"
Jeannot never reached expectations for the Tampa Bay Lightning after being acquired from the Nashville Predators in February 2023 for a hefty sum. Jeannot finished with 14 points (seven goals, seven assists) and 75 penalty minutes in 55 games this season. He was also minus ten. During his four playoff games, he added one assist.
Tampa Bay is expected to heavily pursue Jake Guentzel with their newfound cap space.
