Blackhawks Star Connor Bedard Rages After Getting Ejected for Second Straight Game

The year can't end fast enough for the Blackhawks and for young forward Connor Bedard, who was once again ejected by the on-ice officials.
This is not at all how
the Chicago Blackhawks figured that their year was going to go, especially after adding so many new players with veteran status last summer.
Instead of making a considerable jump forward in Connor Bedard's sophomore year, they're still stuck in second-to-last place in the Conference in what has been truly a miserable last 5 months.
It's all the more strange considering that Bedard was jumped by several Canucks players behind the net, yet he received the brunt of the punishment from the officials.
Even worse was that this took place in front of family and friends in attendance at Rogers Arena, as Bedard is from nearby North Vancouver.
Bedard has 52 points (17G, 35A) in his 2nd year in the NHL after being selected with the 1st overall pick following a controversial NHL Draft Lottery win by the Blackhawks.
Are NHL officials unfairly targeting Bedard, or did his actions on the ice against the Canucks despite getting jumped by multiple Vancouver players justify his punishment?
