Rookie sensation Matt Rempe of the Rangers is making waves in the NHL since his debut. However, his recent play is raising eyebrows, as he's received his second major penalty for a questionable hit.

In the latest incident, Rempe was ejected for elbowing Devils defenseman Jonas Siegenthaler. Siegenthaler was in the midst of dumping the puck into the offensive zone when Rempe's elbow made contact with his head.
