This evening, a new report from NHL insider David Pagnotta has linked the Philadelphia Flyers to a pair of young goalies as potential offseason trade targets.

The Philadelphia Flyers find themselves out of the Stanley Cup Playoffs once again and for another year goaltending has let them down.
The Flyers have struggled with goaltending over the last couple of seasons after the departure of Carter Hart.
Throughout that time the Flyers have turned to several goalies but have never been able to find a true stabilizing force between the pipes.
Tonight, David Pagnotta has suggested that the Flyers could target either Jesper Wallstedt or Joseph Woll.

Flyers linked to two young star goaltenders as offseason targets

In a recent appearance on the Hello Hockey Show, Pagnotta confirmed the Flyers were in the goalie market and have checked in on both Wallstedt and Woll this season.
Keep an eye on Philly, in respect to (Jesper) Wallstedt or Joseph Woll. I think there's some interest there that they'll discuss in the summer. It doesn't mean it will get anywhere, but there's interest in both.

Wallstedt is a former first-round pick of the Wild who has served in a backup role to Filip Gustavsson in Minnesota this season.
If the Wild commit to Gustavsson for next season, Wallstedt should be the priority add for the Flyers.
If they strike out on Wallstedt then pivoting to Maple Leafs starter Joseph Woll could be the next best option.
Woll, 27, has been up and down with Toronto but has playoff experience and has been good enough on a Maple Leafs team that isn't known for their defense.
With the trade deadline already passed, the Flyers will have to refocus their efforts to next season as they hope to finally add that stabilizing force in goal.
As the situation continues to play out, we will provide all the latest details on the Flyers search for a goaltender.
