New Pittsburgh Penguins goaltender Stuart Skinner debuted a new mask with a Penguins theme just weeks after he was acquired from the Edmonton Oilers in the Tristan Jarry deal.

The Pittsburgh Penguins have a new goaltender, as they acquired Stuart Skinner from the Edmonton Oilers earlier this month as part of the major deal that sent Tristan Jarry back to Edmonton.
So far, Skinner's tenure with the Penguins has not gone well, but at least now his mask matches his new surroundings.
During Pittsburgh's most recent practice session, Skinner debuted his new mask in Penguins colours that he'll be wearing for the remainder of the year.
Skinner and the Penguins play the Chicago Blackhawks tomorrow night.

Stuart Skinner Said That He Had No Regrets Of How He Played With The Oilers

Skinner may have been the first goaltender since Hall of Famer Grant Fuhr to lead them to consecutive appearances in the Stanley Cup Final, but the Oilers decided that they could not wait any longer for him to find consistency.
But he made it clear that he has no regrets of how he played during his time in an Oilers sweater.
There's not a moment that I didn't try to do my best in Edmonton, so I don't have any regrets. The way that I handled things, perseverance, strength, kind of go down the list of what I tried to do for the organization and, more so, just my teammates and my coaches and management. So for me, I'm very proud of what I was able to do down there.

Could I have made an extra save or two? Absolutely. I'll probably say that here. That's kind of part of being a goalie and being a person. You keep on growing, you keep on learning, but I always did my best and I will never stop doing my best. - Stuart Skinner

So far this year split between the Oilers and Penguins, Skinner has gone 11-11-4 with a .885 SV%.
