Well it's interesting actually. You wake up, open your eyes, and just ask yourself, what do I want from this day, what do I want from my life? Just going moment by moment, I think mindfulness is the only way to live life happily.
So actually, I love this. So, sometimes the mind is going from the moment, and. you aren't as consistent as you want, but it's also a part of learning.
So I think consistency is a really interesting, challenging thing, which I like to do, actually.
