In a tough blow for the Leafs, their starting goalie seems to have been sidelined by an injury during today's pregame warm-up.

Leafs Goalie Ilya Samsonov Leaves Pregame Skate Due to Injury

The Leafs have been grappling with injuries all season, and it seems their luck hasn't changed. Just as Ilya Samsonov was hitting his stride, he appeared to suffer an injury during today's pregame skate, forcing him to exit early.
"Ilya Samsonov just left the #leafs morning skate after falling awkwardly while making a save. Didn't look good."
While the severity of the injury remains unknown, it was evident that Samsonov was in discomfort, leading to his early departure from the skate.
With Samsonov potentially sidelined, the Leafs will lean on Joseph Woll and Martin Jones to step up in his absence.
