Hockey legend Martin Brodeur recently weighed in on who he thinks are the top goalies in the NHL right now, and his picks might raise a few eyebrows.

Brodeur, often hailed as one of the finest goaltenders to ever grace the NHL, selected five current goalies he believes stand out from the rest. Here's who made Brodeur's list:
Andrei Vasilevskiy of the Tampa Bay Lightning
Igor Shesterkin from the New York Rangers
Ilya Sorokin of the New York Islanders
Adin Hill playing for the Vegas Golden Knights
Jacob Markstrom from the Calgary Flames

However, one glaring omission from his selection is Connor Hellebuyck of the Winnipeg Jets. Hellebuyck has consistently been in the conversation for the Vezina Trophy over the past few years, making his absence from Brodeur's list quite notable.

Especially this season, with Hellebuyck being a strong contender for the Vezina yet again, the oversight by Brodeur is bound to disappoint many, particularly fans of the Winnipeg Jets.
