Sidney Crosby & Nathan MacKinnon have officially been reunited

Crosby has won three Stanley Cup championships with the Pittsburgh Penguins while MacKinnon has won one with the Colorado Avalanche. Both of these players have legendary careers and will absolutely be going to the Hockey Hall of Fame. Having said that, there have been all sorts of rumors that Crosby and MacKinnon would team up and play with each other during the former's twilight years in the league.

This week, the two were spotted together in Cole Harbour. What were they doing? Well, filming a commercial for Tim Horton's, of course.

These two have filmed plenty of Tim's commercials together, so this should not be a surprise to anyone. However, we're sure that some people are going to see this as a bit of a sign of things to come. Sidney Crosby has yet to sign his extension with the Pittsburgh Penguins and understandably, this has caused a bit of panic amongst fans. However, all reports indicate that Crosby will finish his career in Pittsburgh.
