Fans are claiming Gary Bettman rigged game 7 between Bruins Vs. Leafs

A few days ago, the Toronto Maple Leafs played against the Boston Bruins in a game that caused a lot of talk. NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman and the league chose referee Kelly Sutherland to officiate the game, even though Maple Leafs fans have had issues with him before.

Sutherland's past calls during Maple Leafs games have made fans wonder, and having him ref this important game made them even more upset. Sadly, the Maple Leafs lost, and some of the referee's decisions didn't help.

Maple Leafs fans went on social media to share their frustration, saying they didn't like Sutherland being the referee. The loss made people talk again about fairness in the NHL.





It's interesting that in past Game 7s between the Bruins and the Maple Leafs, the Bruins won when Sutherland was one of the refs.

All this has left Maple Leafs fans feeling upset, and they're questioning if the NHL is making fair decisions when picking referees.
