Patrick Laine is currently on the trading block, and there are apparently a ton of teams out there who would like to secure his services.
According to Hockey Buzz, there is one team that sticks out when it comes to the current suitors. That team would be none other than the Chicago Blackhawks, who also have Connor Bedard. One can only imagine what a pairing between Patrick Laine and Connor Bedard would even look like. Let's just say opposing teams would be in shock.
It was also noted that teams like the Carolina Hurricanes, Los Angeles Kings, and even Utah HC are interested. Even the New York Islanders seem to be in play. Having said that, it could be a while before any more trade news comes out as it pertains to Laine. August is a dead month for the league, and GMs are mostly on vacation.
