Security measures are tightening up at venues across the board, with stricter regulations on what you can bring in. The latest to join the fray is the Boston Bruins and their home turf, TD Garden, but this time, it's sparking controversy, especially among women.

security screening will be implemented at TD Garden. To ensure a swifter entry process, we strongly discourage guests from bringing bags. Bags larger than 6» x4» x 1.5» will not be permitted.

The Bruins and TD Garden are catching heat for this move, as it effectively bans purses from the premises, which many rely on for essential items like hygiene products.
«This doesn't work for anyone who experiences a period but sure lol»

For the love of God, get women in your/NHL's decision-making processes.

As a woman who needs certain products that the TD Garden doesn't supply for free, this is absolutely ridiculous. My phone is the size that yall want our new «bags» to be.

It seems this rule doesn't sit well with anyone. Most phones exceed the dimensions outlined in the new policy.
Adding fuel to the fire, the policy was enforced a day before TD Garden even announced it, leaving many feeling blindsided.
