Marc-Andre Fleury once again confirms his upcoming retirement
The date of Marc-Andre Fleury's NHL retirement has been confirmed in an interview with a French publication. Will we see the potential Hall of Famer once more?
It has been clearly evident for a few years now that Marc-Andre Fleury has had a career worthy of the Hall of Fame, but that career will come to an end after the conclusion of the 2024�25 National Hockey League season.
In a TVA Sports interview, Fleury verified the report. Allan Walsh, his agent, later corroborated this as well.

Although his numbers don't always show it, 39-year-old Fleury has demonstrated that he still has game left in him. Last season, he played in 40 games for the Minnesota Wild, finishing with a 17�15 record, 2 shutouts, 2.98 goals against average, and a.895 save percentage.
That's right, Marc-Andre Fleury still has one more season left in him, despite the fact that most people in the hockey world seemed to believe that the previous one might be his last. Something to be grateful for, for one of the NHL's all-time greats.
