Penguins Prospect Tanner Howe Is Described As A "Fiery" Winger In His Scouting Report

Howe, who was taken with the 46th overall pick by the Penguins in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft could soon make his debut in the AHL.
Per Howe's scouting report via Elite Prospects, he's a "fiery winger" who can not only hit but also provide offense.
A fiery winger with a penchant for turning big hits into big goals. Howe’s a missile on the forecheck and a clever body position-winner. He emphasizes body positioning over possession in all situations, going out of his way to wedge his back between the puck and the incoming defender. He sneakily shoves and grabs opponents to knock them off balance and get inside their hands. - Elite Prospects

Despite his last name, he has no relation to NHL legend Gordie Howe.
