The Utah Hockey Club has seemingly chosen its new name

Hockey fans have been waiting to hear what the official name of the Utah Hockey Club will be.
Overall, the team is going with Utah HC for its inaugural season. After all, they didn't get much warning as it pertains to the city getting a franchise. Having said that, they want to build a new identity and with that comes a new name. Fans are going to be able to vote on the final name, and the choices are pretty decent. The Yeti, the Blizzard, the Outlaws, and even Utah HC are all potential choices.
Today, Utah president Chris Armstrong revealed that the team knows what it's going to be called. They know what the fans want, but they cannot announce it just yet.
"It's been very clear to us what our fans would like us to be called. ... I'm not in a position or prepared to tell you what that is today."
Social media consensus appears to claim that they want "Yeti" as the name. In fact, Clayton Keller seemed to leak that information over the weekend. Needless to say, it seems like Utah knows its direction. If one thing is for certain it is that Yeti branding would be sensational.
