Carter Hart reportedly signs new contract after not receiving qualifying offer
Goalie Carter Hart has signed a deal to continue his hockey career, only one day after the Philadelphia Flyers rejected him.
Formerly a top prospect for the Philadelphia Flyers, Carter Hart is no longer in the NHL after the Flyers' failed to qualify him due to his involvement in the 2018 Canadian World Junior team controversy.
According to Hockey News Hub on X, he is now being connected to and will be signing with Dimano Minsk, suggesting that he has found a place to continue his hockey career abroad.

Hart who is just 25-years-old, played in 26 games with the Flyers last season before being transferred to a non-roster role after being named in the Hockey Canada investigation. He posted a 12-9-3 record with 1 shutout, a 2.80 goals against average and a .906 save percentage.
As Hockey News Hub pointed out, Hart is not the only member of that world junior team to sign overseas as former Calgary Flames forward Dillion Dube signed a contract yesterday.
