Dan Muse comments on forward Blake Lizotte reaching impressive milestone vs. the Kraken

Pittsburgh Penguins head coach Dan Muse, in his 1st year behind the Pittsburgh bench, raved about forward Blake Lizotte ahead of his 400th NHL game today against the Kraken.
The Pittsburgh Penguins acknowledged a milestone on Saturday before their game against the Seattle Kraken, as forward Blake Lizotte was slated to play in the 400th game of his NHL career.
Lizotte, who is playing in his second year in a Penguins sweater, drew the praise of
head coach Dan Muse, who likes the consistency that he plays with while also calling him an equally impressive person off the ice.

So far this year, Lizotte has four points (3G, 1A) in 20 games played for the Penguins.
Blake Lizotte Is Playing In His Second Year In A Penguins Sweater
Lizotte was never drafted into the NHL and instead played two years in the USHL for the Fargo Force from 2015 to 2017.
He then played for St. Cloud University, and was later named to the NCHC First All-Star Team.
Lizotte signed a three year, entry level contract with the Los Angeles Kings in April of 2019, where he would play for several seasons before signing a two year contract with an AAV (average annual value) of $1.85 million with the Penguins in the summer of 2024.
Lizotte has 130 points (51G, 79A) in 400 career games.
