PPG Paints Arena Announces Several Changes Coming for the Penguins This Season

PPG Paints Arena is the iconic home of hte Penguins, and heading a new NHL season, they've announced some big events and even bigger changes.
The Pittsburgh Penguins come into the 2025/26 with fairly low expectations, but with so much happening around the organization, they'll be a team that you need to keep a very close eye on.
Unsurprisingly, PPG Paints Arena are once again excited to play host to the organization for another year, and this season, they'll be celebrating the 15th anniversary of being the home of the Penguins.
Changes coming to PPG Paints Arena
As a result, they're going to be celebrating with plenty of events and giveaways, with the team announcing bobble heads and card deck giveaways featuring the iconic trio of Kris Letang,
Sidney Crosby and
Evgeni Malkin, with recently retired Marc-Andre Fleury set to play a role as well.
After that, the team also revealed a new in-arena host as long-time Penguins fan and Pittsburgh native Suzi Cool, who has also taken part in different roles with both the Pirates and the Steelers in the city.
Also, PPG Paints have announced
plenty of changes to their food options and setup around the arena, among those being the revelation of beer options in souvenir mini hockey sticks, something that has become a major hit among hockey fans.
Ultimately, the Penguins product on the ice may not be the best it's been in quite some time in 2025/26, but given all of these changes and announcements, it's clear that they're trying to put on a good experience for the fans, something that keeps the loyal Pittsburgh natives coming back year after year.
