Carpenters and steel workers drop the gloves in wild brawl
During a tournament in Ontario, members of two unions got into a full-blown fight, throwing fists and losing their tempers.
A pleasant event between members of the local trade union recently descended into violence as players from the opposing sides got into a brawl. In one sequence, a player punches another after they have both left the ice.
This match took place during the Union Tournament in Ontario between sheet metal workers and carpenters. At the conclusion of a period, players began fighting as they were exiting the ice; the cause of the altercation is unknown. When the camera pans to another viewpoint, you see a player teasing someone who isn't wearing hockey gear on the bench while a player from the opposite team punches him in the head as he runs the length of the bench.
"We got a wild one here folks with multiple angles.
More from the Union tourney, this time sheet metal workers versus the carpenters.
Not all beer league heroes leave it on the ice
Location - Vaughan, Ont
Division - Union Tournament"
It's never a smart idea to take on someone wearing skates when you're simply wearing shoes, as someone mentioned in the comments. To the best of our knowledge, no one was seriously hurt during the skirmish.
