Controversial Former NHLer Milan Lucic's Wife Sends Unexpected Message After His Public Arrest Two Years Ago

Milan Lucic has been involved in many issues off the ice during his career, but arguably the most severe one occurred when he returned to Boston in November 2023 and was arrested due to an incident involving his wife, Brittany, at their home.

Since that event, Milan Lucic has remained out of NHL play, with many speculating that he may never return to the NHL again due to this incident.

The incident aside, his diminishing performance in recent years was likely also a factor, as he appeared slower on the ice.

Recently, his wife, Brittany, shared an update on social media, and despite the rampant rumors about a possible separation, she highlighted Lucic's determination to better himself and expressed her belief in his strength during this challenging period.

Brittany has demonstrated remarkable loyalty throughout Lucic's career as well as with their relationship, as she has stood by him even after the troubling details of the incident were released in a police report a while back.

While it seems unlikely that Lucic will play in the National Hockey League again, he appears to be making progress as he aims to recover and lead a regular life following the traumatic events that took place a few years ago.

Whether teams would be willing to offer him, at the very least, a PTO, remains to be seen, if it ever gets to that point.
