During last night's game at PPG Paints Arena, Pittsburgh Penguins goalie Tristan Jarry went viral for his humorous failed attempt at helping a Blackhawks player.

While the Pittsburgh Penguins have been officially removed from any contention of a Stanley Cup Playoff berth, there are still a handful of games left to play before the year comes to a close.
The Penguins earned a 5-0 win over the basement-dwelling Chicago Blackhawks, who were eliminated from postseason contention much earlier than they were.
During last night's game at PPG Paints Arena, there was an incident between goaltender Tristan Jarry and Chicago's Frank Nazar that went viral for the humour.
Nazar struggled to make his way to the bench after he lost a skate blade, which makes regular skating virtually impossible. Jarry noticed this and attempted to give Nazar a push toward the bench with his stick, only to result in Nazar taking a tumble onto the ice.
Nazar's teammate Tyler Bertuzzi eventually arrived to help drag him to the bench for a skate repair.
Commentator Darren Pang, a former NHL goaltender in his own right before his broadcasting career began, found the incident amusing.
Jarry's trying to help him and push him along and he just spills him! Look at that little agility right there!

Like a good sport, Jarry then went into the corner to retrieve Nazar's skate blade.

Tristan Jarry was waived and sent to the AHL earlier in the year before returning to the Penguins

Thanks to the struggles of Jarry early in the year, he was waived and eventually sent to the AHL. He worked on his game and was re-called back to the Penguins.
While it appeared at first that his stint in the minors had helped him regain confidence, his numbers would soon slip back to where they were in the early goings of the year.
Jarry has gone 15-11-6 this year with a 3.16 GAA and a .891 SV% with 2 shutouts.
