Ex-wife of Milan Lucic reveals details of event that led to his arrest
Milan Lucic's estranged wife has spoken out about the night of his arrest, divulging unsettling information that has never been made public before. Naturally, Lucic left the Boston Bruins in November 2023 as a result of this event.
For the first time, Milan Lucic's estranged wife Brittany has reportedly discussed the night of his arrest; the contents are, to put it mildly, unsettling and frightening.
Milan Lucic's ex claimed the hockey star allegedly strangled her as their children watched.
On November 17, 2023, Lucic was taken into custody following an incident with his wife at his residence. Brittany has finally spoken up about the incident; at the time, not much was known except for his arrest and the allegations brought against him.
According to Brittany, Lucic became enraged when she tried to flee from him and her name surfaced on his phone. After a while, Lucic got up to her and started to choke her.
He then grabbed me by my throat with his thumbs pressed against my windpipe so I could not breath [sic]. The force and momentum of him grabbing me caused me to lose my footing and stumble backwards, landing against a chair.
It looks that Lucic performed this in front of the youngsters who were at the house as well as his own children.
Apparently, Brittany didn't want a conviction to further harm her family, which is why the case was dropped.
It's safe to say that, among many other things, Lucic's hockey career is gone if any of the aforementioned information is confirmed in any way, shape, or form.
