For instance, Vrana was on the St. Louis Blues last season but spent most of his time with the Springfield Thunderbirds where he had 36 points in 42 games. Meanwhile, he played 21 games with the Blues and only had six points total.
Well, today, Vrana shocked the hockey world by signing a PTO with the Washington Capitals. The Capitals are who drafted Vrana, and he even won a Stanley Cup with them back in 2018.
Now, it will be up to Vrana to actually make the team. His work is not yet finished. There is still a lot left for him to do, and Capitals fans will certainly be rooting for him throughout training camp.
