The Boston Bruins are defying preseason predictions with an outstanding 12-1-2 record, leading the league and proving skeptics wrong after the retirements of Patrice Bergeron and David Krejčí.

Goalies Jeremy Swayman and Linus Ullmark are the dynamic duo, boasting remarkable stats – Swayman with a perfect 6-0 record and Ullmark at 6-1. Last season, they clinched the William M. Jennings Trophy for allowing the fewest goals, a historic feat with Ullmark securing 40 wins and Swayman with 20 victories.
Their on-ice success is complemented by a heartwarming tradition during celebrations, featuring backup goalie Ullmark warmly embracing starter Swayman. In an interview with B/R Open Ice, the duo shared a lighthearted moment, revealing a warning from the training staff to ease off their exuberant post-game hugs to prevent injuries.
"To be fair, I've not got a warning yet from the medical staff, but Sway has. It happened when I scored. There's a sick picture of us jump hugging in Buffalo after back-to-back shutouts. All of a sudden, I came in hot as well. I told you if you do it one more time, I'm coming hot. We got a solid 15 inches,"Ullmark recounted.
