New York Rangers rookie Matt Rempe recently unveiled the secrets behind his formidable presence on the ice, shedding light on his intense training regimen that has made him one of the NHL's most feared fighters.

Despite facing a significant suspension, Rempe's confidence remains unshaken as he continues to establish himself as a force to be reckoned with in the league. In a recent interview, the 6-foot-8 forward revealed that he has been honing his skills in Muay Thai, a form of martial arts originating from Thailand.
«I do Muay Thai,» Rempe explained. «Me and my buddy started last summer with a guy out in Calgary, and we do it. I love it.»
While Muay Thai may not seem directly related to hockey fights, Rempe's dedication to the sport suggests that it has contributed to his agility and reflexes on the ice. His proficiency in Muay Thai serves as a warning to rival enforcers, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in combat situations.
In just 13 games, Rempe has already made an impact in the NHL with his physical play, tallying one goal, one assist, 54 penalty minutes, and two ejections, solidifying his reputation as a formidable presence on the ice.
